   Combustion is Lorri Neilsen Glenn's second book of poetry (Brick 2007) following All the Perfect Disguises, published by Broken Jaw Press in 2003. She was appointed second Poet Laureate for the Halifax Regional Municipality for 2005 to 2009. Lorri's poetry, as well as her work as a literacy researcher and ethnographer, have garnered several awards.  Lorri has been a professor at Mount Saint Vincent University since 1992.
